Life Coaching

Coaching is defined by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

One-on-one sessions can be in person or virtually by Zoom or even by phone. Initial sessions typically last up to an hour and subsequent sessions closer to 30 minutes.

Group presentations also available on related topics.

Energy Healing Support

We are energetic beings with measurable energy fields and levels of vibration.

It is commonly understood that higher vibrations are associated with wellness, and lower vibratory levels coincide with disease and blockages. The goal of energy healing is to balance the energy flow in the patient, increasing their level of vibration, to reduce stress and promote overall wellness of body, mind and spirit.

Services available to support your energetic healing include Reiki, Unity Field Healing (in-person or distance), VoiceBio Analysis, and sound vibration using quartz crystal singing bowls.

DoTERRA essential oils and other wellness products: Widespread acceptance of essential oils, both in the home and in the scientific community, has led many to choose this natural approach to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Natural Handmade Soap: Custom-ordered batches of all-natural vegetable-based soap available. This natural soap gently cleans skin (and hair) with a rich creamy lather, is animal-friendly, and environmentally friendly!

Base ingredients are coconut oil, olive oil, well water, and sodium hydroxide (also known as lye, for saponifying the oils into soap).

A full $75 batch yields 12 bars (approx 110g each) without labels, other details negotiable.

Additional ingredients (herbal infusion, beer, milk, Certified Pure Tested Grade [CPTG] doTERRA essential oils, etc.) can be incorporated for an additional cost.

Unique woodcrafts

In addition to the main services and products listed above, unique hand-crafted wood products are available in limited supplies. Products include hardwood coasters, cutting boards, live-edge charcuterie boards, small cedar toadstool faerie house garden art, all made from local, sustainably harvested trees. Items available will be listed here in the fall, in time for Christmas shopping!

Although just at my home so far, I may consider taking my tools on the road to help others honour fallen trees by transforming stumps into works of art!
